Structured Pathways

Our 52-Week Move-On Support Programme

Every Signpost Housing resident receives a personalised roadmap. We work side-by-side with each individual to ensure clear progress from day one through to independent living.

1. Benefits & Money

Claims setup for Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, PIP, plus personal budgeting, bank account setup, and debt management.

2. Health & Wellbeing

Registration with local GPs and dentists, access to counselling/mental health support, and promoting active daily routines.

3. Recovery & Support

Empathetic, non-judgmental connections for drug, alcohol, or gambling recovery, along with local community group links.
